Welcome, 2012 Bluegrass Village Stage Entertainers!

Thank you for wanting to share your talents with our audience. Please read and complete the forms to be returned to me. This will help us in scheduling, sound requirements, equipment needed on stage and official contact information.

Our audiences range from the very young to retirees, so it is vital that all acts/performances are suitable for all age groups.   We value each of the individuals and groups that provide the quality entertainment for us.

Although we are unable to compensate you for your contribution to our event, if you have CDs for sale, you can consign them at the souvenir gift shop at the contest site.  You may ship these to us ahead of time or bring them early in the week ( Monday) to be checked in at the high school contest gift/music shop. While you are performing at the Bluegrass Village City Park stage, you may use a special hospitality area located behind the stage to sign and sell CDs.  If CDs are placed with us in the contest store, there is a consignment fee.  CDs sold during and following your performance at Bluegrass Village will not be charged a fee. You may have someone selling for you during your performance if you wish. We are happy to do this as we greatly appreciate your participation.

Please get your application in as early as possible to be considered for a slot on our stage.  We will be opening the City Park stage on Tuesday, June 19, and will schedule from around noon until closing time, usually 9:30-10:00 during the week, and around 10:00-10:30 on Friday and Saturday nights. Be sure and indicate the best days for you to perform. Keep in mind that Friday and Saturday we feature primarily Bluegrass performers, including the Battle of the Bluegrass Bands on Saturday after the parade.
